What does riding a bike have to do with anything? It's never forgetting how part.
I haven't forgotten. Like riding a bicycle the dark brown bobbin of wool in the bottom left is in the wash as I type along with the smaller amount of mottled grey on the flyer. I plyed the two small balls from the find last time.
It's called a weavers shawl. The pattern was from the great knitting site Ravelry.
Open House again tomorrow afternoon.
Enjoy the weekend and find time to do something you like. Terry

And it seems to be knitting up beautifully
Good luck with your move preparation. Unlike you I forgot how to spin properly - hugs Nat
I have memories of mum spinning. Your spinning wheel is so different, it's like a sculpture. It's nice to see you getting time for fun things in between packing and having open house inspections.
interesting wheel, what is it? and how did you go with the open house?
Good luck with the move Terry...I've not seen a 'spinning wheel' like that one before...
