Improvised skeiner
wool ready for scouring
red dirt not good soil for cropping and sheep need about an acre each
I'm going to knit a shawl .
I have been embracing the sorting and
NO I did not give all the treasures in those crates to the op-shop. Most of it went into space bags. You sure can store a lot more in a space bag than in a crate.
FOUND some more dark brown wool. Spun washed ready to add to the shawl project.
The first open house for the sale of our house is tomorrow. I'm off to scrub and dust.
Have a good weekend. Treat yourself. Terry

What a great bit of productive creativity. A knitted shawl will look lovely in those yarns. I like the way you keep finding more skeins as you sort through your treasures. Good luck with the open house tommorow.
Lovely yarn there Terry...I love handspun wool...All the best for tomorrow...
There's some beautiful colours in that yarn, it will be a beautiful shawl
good luck for the open house today, hope the rain stays away for you.
Beautiful yarns! Water worked wonders with the colours.
Hope your open house went well?! Space bags ... little miracle workers!! Hugs, Daniëlle
